This is an attempt to incorporate a space into an LDK-style general condominium.

 

Until now, it was the floor plan format that each room was forcibly divided into small pieces. Creating a room, that is, separating it with a fixed wall, will limit the way of living and how to use it. We have decided to reconstruct the traditional space with "no wall" flexibility in modern homes with diversified lifestyles.

The part that existed as a corridor was extended to the original kitchen, living room, and dining side, and the floor finish was changed to make it look like a dirt floor. With this dirt floor as the axis, all the rooms are connected as a bunch.

A single road that connects the entrance to the veranda in a straight line. It is very similar to the dirt floor as it used to be, but there is no step between it and the wooden floor, and the dirt floor can also be used as a room.

The area is created by changing the floor finish. The dirt floor sometimes becomes part of the room and is an intermediate area connecting the kitchen workshop, toilets and bathrooms.

There is only a non-functional "space" in the living room. The user decides how to live. It is easy for Japanese people to have nothing and be free.

​ The ceiling board was peeled off so that the low ceiling, which was only 2.3m, could be expanded in the living room, and the semi-incombustible wooden base was boldly shown as it was.

The appearance is a little boring and it is a normal RC condominium, but when you open the entrance door, the contents will expand to a different world.

The light that shines into the slightly glossy soil is reflected, creating a deep atmosphere and a nostalgic atmosphere.
